Payment will be made when all assets to have been paid for, with a detailed Sales Advise supplied. In the event of the buyer not paying for your assets within 14 days, the sale will be void and could re-offer your assets in the next auction. No asset will be released to buyers until full payment has been made, all non-paying bidders will automatically receive a lifetime ban from our auctions.

All items delivered to Emerald Auction Centre’s yard are there at your own risk and no responsibility will be taken by Emerald Auction Centre.
- Road worthy’s must be done by a reliable and certified mechanic. Vendors will be responsible to organise and make good on the authenticity of the road worthy.
- All known faults and issues have/will be fully discussed to Emerald Auction Centre.
- The vendor commits all items to Emerald Auction Centre are UNENCUMBERED and without Legal Impediment and are are the sole property of the vendor.
- All items must be in good working condition.
- You enter the premises at your own risk.
- All loading and unloading is done at your own risk, within allocated times.
- All items sold will be sold GST inclusive.
- Items are given 1 opportunity to sell, and if not sold after the first & only sale, it must be removed from the yard within seven days.
- Items offered with a reserve will have a $200 + GST per item Booking fee. If sold the booking fee will be wavied. If unsold the booking fee will be applied.
- Vendor Commission will be applied to all lots sold. Talk to one of the team regarding commission rates.
- Reserves for items will only be taken via written authority from the vendor (see Reserve Form).
- Emerald Auction Centre will provide a vendor account sale for items sold, with commissions deducted and monies paid into your nominated bank account in 14 days of sale.
